In the Prints & MultiplesSummer Splash auction, the work 6PM, from Air: 24 Hours sold for USD 2,560.00 (€ 2,361.84) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jennifer Bartlett achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Four A.M. in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 262,500.00 (€ 235,447.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jennifer Bartlett erzielte im August diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints & MultiplesSummer Splash wurde die Arbeit 6PM, from Air: 24 Hours für USD 2.560,00 (€ 2.361,84) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jennifer Bartlett erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Four A.M. im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 262.500,00 (€ 235.447,13).
