Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Spray by Jason Brooks was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in October 2011. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,125.00 (€ 8,245.83), 19% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Jason Brooks have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sassy in October 2011 with an auction result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 34,719.29).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Spray von Jason Brooks wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 7.125,00 (€ 8.245,83) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jason Brooks auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sassy im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 34.719,29).
