Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included this untitled work by Jan Hafström. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 18,000.00 (€ 1,647.07), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Hafström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 4,000,000.00 (€ 450,194.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jan Hafström zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 18.000,00 (€ 1.647,07) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Hafström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 4.000.000,00 (€ 450.194,77).
