Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work 'Brevet' by Jan Hafström. It changed hands for a price of SEK 195,000.00 (€ 16,514.48) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 175,000.00 – 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Hafström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) in May 2011 with an auction result of SEK 4,000,000.00 (€ 450,194.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Brevet' von Jan Hafström zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 195.000,00 (€ 16.514,48) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 175.000,00 – 200.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Hafström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Den eviga återkomsten" (The eternal return) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 4.000.000,00 (€ 450.194,77).
