Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nature morte, T481, 1996 by Jan Groover was auctioned at Christies in Paris in November 2016. It achieved a price of EUR 3,500.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jan Groover - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life Studies, which sold at auction in June 2010 for USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,170.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nature morte, T481, 1996 von Jan Groover kam im November 2016 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.500,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Jan Groover mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still Life Studies beobachtet, die im Juni 2010 für USD 12.500,00 (€ 10.170,04) versteigert wurde.
