Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Diana And The Hunter (Walch 10; Griffiths/Hartley 38) by Jacques Bellange was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2007. The price achieved of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 17,027.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacques Bellange - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Martyrdom Of Saint Andrew, which sold at auction in July 2014 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 34,686.15).

Die Arbeit Diana And The Hunter (Walch 10; Griffiths/Hartley 38) von Jacques Bellange kam im September 2007 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 17.027,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
