Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2017 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work Two works: (i) My Things No. 3; (ii) My Things No. 6 The Hangover of Revolution in my Home by Hong Hao. The price achieved of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,750.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hong Hao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Money Front in October 2007 with an auction result of HKD 727,500.00 (€ 64,865.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2017 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two works: (i) My Things No. 3; (ii) My Things No. 6 The Hangover of Revolution in my Home von Hong Hao zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.750,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hong Hao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Money Front im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 727.500,00 (€ 64.865,57).
