The work Waldweg by Hermann Huber was worth CHF 15,600.00 (€ 11,779.64) to a buyer in June 2010. This price was achieved in the auction SWISS ART at Christies in Geneva and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of CHF 5,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hermann Huber; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Walliser Berglandschaft, um 1912 sold at auction in May 2015 with the realized price of CHF 15,600.00 (€ 15,087.76).
