Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Capriccio with figures at the Roman ruins and the Arch of Constantine by Giovanni Paolo Panini for SEK 180,000.00 (€ 17,218.46). This price was achieved in the auction Important Spring Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 200,000.00 – 250,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Paolo Panini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rome, The Pantheon, A View Of The Interior Towards The Piazza Della Rotonda in January 2015 with an auction result of USD 5,317,000.00 (€ 4,709,477.41).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Capriccio with figures at the Roman ruins and the Arch of Constantine von Giovanni Paolo Panini für SEK 180.000,00 (€ 17.218,46) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Spring Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 200.000,00 – 250.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Paolo Panini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rome, The Pantheon, A View Of The Interior Towards The Piazza Della Rotonda im Januar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 5.317.000,00 (€ 4.709.477,41).
