Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by George Rouy was sold in the Wired: Online Auction auction at Phillips in 12 - in April this year. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 6,985.00 (€ 7,960.62), 16% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Rouy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Looking At Me Through Gaps Of Her Toes in March this year with an auction result of GBP 162,540.00 (€ 184,920.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von George Rouy wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in 12 - versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 6.985,00 (€ 7.960,62) und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von George Rouy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Looking At Me Through Gaps Of Her Toes im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 162.540,00 (€ 184.920,65).
