Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sin Título by Francisco Narváez was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2019. The price achieved of USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,423.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Francisco Narváez have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 267,750.00 (€ 206,151.83).
