In May 2021 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Maternidad by Francisco Narváez. The result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 41,003.77) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Francisco Narváez have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 267,750.00 (€ 206,151.83).

Im Mai 2021 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Maternidad von Francisco Narváez zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 41.003,77) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Francisco Narváez auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 267.750,00 (€ 206.151,83).
