The work Escena Con Tres Figuras by Francisco Narváez was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2019. The result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francisco Narváez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in May 2013 for USD 267,750.00 (€ 206,151.83).

Die Arbeit Escena Con Tres Figuras von Francisco Narváez kam im Mai 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 89.694,14) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Francisco Narváez mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für USD 267.750,00 (€ 206.151,83) versteigert wurde.
