The work „Four Rooms“. by Francis Ruyter was sold in the Online Only 2020/2021 - Third Floor Online Only 16.4.-2.5.21 auction at Grisebach in May 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,125.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francis Ruyter achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work City of Women in February 2007 with an auction result of USD 42,000.00 (€ 31,746.03).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit „Four Rooms“. von Francis Ruyter wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - Third Floor Online Only 16.4.-2.5.21 bei Grisebach versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.125,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francis Ruyter erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit City of Women im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 42.000,00 (€ 31.746,03).
