Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Francesco by Francesco: Before & Ever After...With Love by Francesco Vezzoli for GBP 2,125.00 (€ 2,391.38). This price was achieved in the auction New Now at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francesco Vezzoli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Veruschka in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 156,500.00 (€ 224,744.30).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Francesco by Francesco: Before & Ever After...With Love von Francesco Vezzoli für GBP 2.125,00 (€ 2.391,38) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francesco Vezzoli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Veruschka im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 156.500,00 (€ 224.744,30).
