The work Los Grajos Iv by Fernando Zóbel was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 1,386,000.00 (€ 153,510.78), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Admittedly, works by Fernando Zóbel have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Retiro in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 859,500.00.

Die Arbeit Los Grajos Iv von Fernando Zóbel kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 1.386.000,00 (€ 153.510,78) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fernando Zóbel auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Retiro im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 859.500,00.
