Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Chinese Portrait by Feng Zhengjie. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 20,682.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Feng Zhengjie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chinese Portrait Series, No.08 in April 2008 with an auction result of HKD 2,887,500.00 (€ 237,966.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2015 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chinese Portrait von Feng Zhengjie zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 20.682,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Feng Zhengjie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chinese Portrait Series, No.08 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.887.500,00 (€ 237.966,50).
