The work Moonrise, 1961 by Fan Ho was sold in the Photographs auction at Christies in New York in October 2019. The »bidding war« ended at USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,808.61), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fan Ho - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Approaching Shadow, 1954, which sold at auction in April 2018 for USD 47,500.00 (€ 39,340.73).

Die Arbeit Moonrise, 1961 von Fan Ho wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Photographs bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.808,61) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Fan Ho mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Approaching Shadow, 1954 beobachtet, die im April 2018 für USD 47.500,00 (€ 39.340,73) versteigert wurde.
