Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 122,500.00 (€ 96,593.60) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Erol Akyavas have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2010 the work without title was auctioned for GBP 99,650.00 (€ 114,677.66).
