Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2016 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work Signatures by Erin Shirreff. It changed hands for a price of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 15,179.78) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Erin Shirreff have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2016 the work Monograph was auctioned for GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,065.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2016 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Signatures von Erin Shirreff zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 15.179,78) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Erin Shirreff konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2016 die Arbeit Monograph für GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.065,68) versteigert.
