Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.958,97) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 43%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emil Bisttram auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Storm Over Taos (Stormy Mountain Scene) im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 68.500,00 (€ 49.213,31).
