Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Holy Holy by David Benjamin Sherry was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2018. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,339.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Benjamin Sherry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ultimate Earth, which sold at auction in March 2017 for USD 11,875.00 (€ 11,100.21).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 5.339,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden.
