Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by David Benjamin Sherry could be acquired at Christies in New York in October 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Aperture auction, the work Upward And Then Eternal Ends, 2009 changed hands for USD 8,750.00 (€ 7,512.66) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by David Benjamin Sherry have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in March 2017 by the work Ultimate Earth at USD 11,875.00 (€ 11,100.21).
