Auction result well in line with expectations
The work L'homme (scene de nuit) by Dave McDermott was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2014. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,939.18) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Dave McDermott have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2013 the work "Femme" - A Rake's Progress was auctioned for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,294.87).
