A top price for Dan Walsh
In May 2014 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Red Diptych II by Dan Walsh. The »bidding war« ended at USD 87,500.00 (€ 64,149.56), 46% above the upper estimate. With this result, Red Diptych II is even the most expensive work of art by Dan Walsh that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2014 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Red Diptych II von Dan Walsh zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 64.149,56) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Red Diptych II sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Dan Walsh, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
