The price achieved of EUR 1,125.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Cornell Capa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bolshoi Ballet School, Moscow in October 2015 with an auction result of USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,188.37).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.125,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornell Capa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bolshoi Ballet School, Moscow im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 11.250,00 (€ 10.188,37).
