However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Cornelis van Spaendonck - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Flower Still Life With Roses, Tulips, Peonies And Other Flowers In A Vase, which sold at auction in October 2006 for EUR 114,000.00.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 33.600,00 (€ 48.736,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68%. Für andere Arbeiten von Cornelis van Spaendonck mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Flower Still Life With Roses, Tulips, Peonies And Other Flowers In A Vase beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für EUR 114.000,00 versteigert wurde.
