Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2006 Christies in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work Symbolist Portrait of A Woman, C.1900 by Constant Puyo. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,320.00 (€ 1,960.24). Admittedly, works by Constant Puyo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Vase Mystique in May 2012 with an auction result of EUR 8,125.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Symbolist Portrait of A Woman, C.1900 von Constant Puyo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.320,00 (€ 1.960,24) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Constant Puyo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Vase Mystique im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.125,00.
