This artwork by Claudia Comte achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in September 2019. In the New Now auction, the work Sculpture Object 25 sold for USD 18,750.00 (€ 17,193.95) - well above the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Claudia Comte - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Suspended Marble Raspberry (study), which sold at auction in October 2019 for GBP 44,500.00 (€ 51,616.81).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Claudia Comte erzielte im September 2019 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde die Arbeit Sculpture Object 25 für USD 18.750,00 (€ 17.193,95) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Claudia Comte mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Suspended Marble Raspberry (study) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2019 für GBP 44.500,00 (€ 51.616,81) versteigert wurde.
