The price achieved of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,491.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Christopher Brown have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Film Study in September 2007 with an auction result of USD 46,000.00 (€ 32,351.08).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.491,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christopher Brown auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Film Study im September 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.000,00 (€ 32.351,08).
