This artwork by Günther Förg achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in November 2018. In the Modern | Post War | Contemporary auction, the work without title sold for EUR 15,480.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Günther Förg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 1,331,250.00 (€ 1,542,921.77).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Günther Förg erzielte im November 2018 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern | Post War | Contemporary wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 15.480,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Günther Förg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.331.250,00 (€ 1.542.921,77).
