However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Choi Yeong-Geol - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Finding Spring, which sold at auction in November 2015 for HKD 437,500.00 (€ 53,434.48).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 162.500,00 (€ 15.545,79) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Für andere Arbeiten von Choi Yeong-Geol mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Finding Spring beobachtet, die im November 2015 für HKD 437.500,00 (€ 53.434,48) versteigert wurde.
