Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2020 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Charline von Heyl for USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,626.80). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charline von Heyl achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dumka in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 300,000.00 (€ 269,082.43).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2020 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Charline von Heyl für USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.626,80) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charline von Heyl erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dumka im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 300.000,00 (€ 269.082,43).
