In July 2019 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Day Sale, which included the work Portrait Of Lady Mary Churchill, Duchess Of Montagu (1689–1751) by Charles Jervas. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 25,000.00 (€ 27,448.34), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles Jervas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of A Lady, Traditionally Identified As Elizabeth Felton, Of Playford, Later Countess Of Bristol (1677-1741), Three-Quarter-Length, Seated In A White Dress With A Blue Wrap, In A Wooded Landscape, which sold at auction in June 2002 for GBP 45,410.00 (€ 70,238.99).

Im Juli 2019 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait Of Lady Mary Churchill, Duchess Of Montagu (1689–1751) von Charles Jervas zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 27.448,34) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
