Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Untitled (Resonance)" by Carl Hammoud was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,779.13). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carl Hammoud - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Destroy Restore", which sold at auction in November 2014 for SEK 210,000.00 (€ 22,641.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Untitled (Resonance)" von Carl Hammoud kam im November 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.779,13) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Carl Hammoud mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Destroy Restore" beobachtet, die im November 2014 für SEK 210.000,00 (€ 22.641,10) versteigert wurde.
