Sold at the lower estimate price
In October this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work 'Distortion' by Carl Hammoud. The result of SEK 140,000.00 (€ 11,856.55) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 140,000.00 – 160,000.00. Other works by Carl Hammoud have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2014 the work "Destroy Restore" was auctioned for SEK 210,000.00 (€ 22,641.10).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Distortion' von Carl Hammoud zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 140.000,00 (€ 11.856,55) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 140.000,00 – 160.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Carl Hammoud konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2014 die Arbeit "Destroy Restore" für SEK 210.000,00 (€ 22.641,10) versteigert.
