Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Experiment" by Carl Hammoud was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,560.73). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Hammoud achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Destroy Restore" in November 2014 with an auction result of SEK 210,000.00 (€ 22,641.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Experiment" von Carl Hammoud wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.560,73) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Hammoud erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Destroy Restore" im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 210.000,00 (€ 22.641,10).
