Estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2013 Ketterer in Munich held the auction Moderne Kunst, which included the work Küste bei Amalfi by Carl Christoph Hartig. Here, the estimate of EUR 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,375.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carl Christoph Hartig - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Frau mit Hut., which sold at auction in June 2005 for CHF 20,230.00 (€ 13,036.29).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2013 führte Ketterer in München die Auktion Moderne Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Küste bei Amalfi von Carl Christoph Hartig zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.375,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Carl Christoph Hartig mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Frau mit Hut. beobachtet, die im Juni 2005 für CHF 20.230,00 (€ 13.036,29) versteigert wurde.
