Despite a disappointment, a good price for Bonnie Collura
When the work Pursuit Of Happiness by Bonnie Collura was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2007, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,835.08). Despite this disappointing result, Pursuit Of Happiness is the most expensive artwork by Bonnie Collura that we have observed at auction so far.
