Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Social Problems within the Art World) by Bethan Huws was sold in the First Open / LDN auction at Christies in London in March 2015. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,802.02). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bethan Huws achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ladies - Gentlemen in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 52,500.00 (€ 60,935.16).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Social Problems within the Art World) von Bethan Huws wurde im März 2015 in der Auktion First Open / LDN bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.802,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bethan Huws erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ladies - Gentlemen im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 52.500,00 (€ 60.935,16).
