This artwork by Bethan Huws achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in June 2021. In the From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection auction, the work "Context" sold for EUR 1,548.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bethan Huws achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ladies - Gentlemen in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 52,500.00 (€ 60,935.16).
Schätzpreis um 94 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Bethan Huws erzielte im Juni 2021 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection wurde die Arbeit "Context" für EUR 1.548,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bethan Huws erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ladies - Gentlemen im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 52.500,00 (€ 60.935,16).
