Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Colour". by Bethan Huws was auctioned at VAN HAM in Cologne in October 2020. The price achieved of EUR 903.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bethan Huws achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ladies - Gentlemen in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 52,500.00 (€ 60,935.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Colour". von Bethan Huws kam im Oktober 2020 bei VAN HAM in Köln zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 903,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bethan Huws erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ladies - Gentlemen im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 52.500,00 (€ 60.935,16).
