Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Christies in New York held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included this untitled work by Anselm Reyle. The price achieved of USD 25,200.00 (€ 23,102.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anselm Reyle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 311,700.00 (€ 447,621.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Anselm Reyle zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 25.200,00 (€ 23.102,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anselm Reyle erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 311.700,00 (€ 447.621,71).
