Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 32,760.00 (€ 30,749.01) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anne Collier - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Woman Crying (Comic) #16, which sold at auction in March last year for GBP 100,800.00 (€ 119,509.74).
