This artwork by Ann Craven achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in an online auction in July last year. In the Heatwave: Online Auction auction, the work Moon O-361 (11-02-06), 2006 sold for GBP 10,710.00 (€ 12,789.64) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ann Craven achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work I Wasn't Sorry, 2003 in May last year with an auction result of USD 680,400.00 (€ 634,050.88).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ann Craven erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit I Wasn't Sorry, 2003 im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 680.400,00 (€ 634.050,88).
