Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Rgb Spheres Iv by Angela Bulloch. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 18,959.21). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Angela Bulloch - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Copper 4, which sold at auction in March 2019 for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 43,525.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2015 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Rgb Spheres Iv von Angela Bulloch zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 18.959,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Angela Bulloch mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Copper 4 beobachtet, die im März 2019 für GBP 37.500,00 (€ 43.525,12) versteigert wurde.
