Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Cyan Catwalk by Angela Bulloch was auctioned at Phillips in London in February 2010. The auction ended at the price of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 16,733.89), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Angela Bulloch - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Copper 4, which sold at auction in March 2019 for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 43,525.12).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Cyan Catwalk von Angela Bulloch kam im Februar 2010 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 16.733,89) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Angela Bulloch mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Copper 4 beobachtet, die im März 2019 für GBP 37.500,00 (€ 43.525,12) versteigert wurde.
