A top price for Andro Wekua - as previously expected
The work Workshop Report (Full Portfolio) by Andro Wekua was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2014. The price achieved of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 44,689.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Workshop Report (Full Portfolio) is the most expensive artwork by Andro Wekua that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Workshop Report (Full Portfolio) von Andro Wekua kam im Oktober 2014 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 35.000,00 (€ 44.689,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Workshop Report (Full Portfolio) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Andro Wekua, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
