Auction result misses estimated price range
When this work without title by Anders Knutsson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2020, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 23,000.00 (€ 2,248.41). Admittedly, works by Anders Knutsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Yellow #9" in April 2018 with an auction result of SEK 140,000.00 (€ 13,230.08).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Anders Knutsson im November 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 23.000,00 (€ 2.248,41) den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anders Knutsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Yellow #9" im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 140.000,00 (€ 13.230,08).
