In February 2021 Bonhams in New York held the auction Geometric AbstractionPrints & Multiples, which included the work Resonance; US Highway 1 (2 works) by Allan D'Arcangelo. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,211.25 (€ 1,001.61), 35% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Allan D'Arcangelo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work U.S. Highway I, No. 4 in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 802,600.00 (€ 515,809.77).

Im Februar 2021 führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion Geometric AbstractionPrints & Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit Resonance; US Highway 1 (2 works) von Allan D'Arcangelo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.211,25 (€ 1.001,61) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Allan D'Arcangelo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit U.S. Highway I, No. 4 im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 802.600,00 (€ 515.809,77).
